Shipping policy

At TOMS OFFROAD, we strive to ship your orders the same day they are received.

Most packages are shipped via UPS ground service. Expedited shipping services are available.

Some large items and large orders will be shipped via truck freight.  For truck freight orders, you must check the pallet for damage upon receipt of the shipment and mark any damage on the driver’s delivery slip.  We ensure that all truck freight shipments leave our warehouse in good order. TOMS OFFROAD will not be held responsible for any shipping damage that is not marked on the delivery slip upon receipt of the shipment.

For international orders, please contact us for delivery times and freight charges. TOMS OFFROAD will ship to most countries.
